Observation

0260(1)(a) - At the time of the site visit the infant room changing table area had the three step cleaning process spray bottles sitting on top of the change table accessible to infants. The Wobbler room had the following accessible to the children: hand sanitizer on the sink counter, chemicals/cleaners under the sink in cabinet to include Lysol, glade, Lysol multipurpose cleaner, and pinalen. The playground outside the infant room had cleaning spray on a table. There were chemicals/cleaners in the lower kitchen sink cabinet. There was sunscreen on a table of the school age room. The preschool 1 room had Lysol and a bleach water solution spray bottle on a lower shelf accessible and the cabinet under the sink had Epson salts and sunscreen. The storage rooms in the school age room have a variety of chemicals/cleaners and were accessible to the children. 0260(2)(a) - The school age storage room and the staff room that is being used as a storage room were accessible to the chidlren at the time of the site visit. The wobbler room has a bathroom that is being used as a storage room and is accessible to the children. 0260(5) - The following were accessible to the children at the time of the site visit: brooms in the classrooms; vacuum cleaner in school age open storage room; mop bucket in the preschool 2 room.
